- Maintains a list of approved GreenPoint Raters
- Provides training and orientations for Raters, builders, contractors, local government staff, realtors, and lenders
- Maintains forms, templates, guidebooks, and other resources necessary for program implementation
- Maintains a tracking system that documents program activities and results, including participating projects, Raters, builders, contractors, lenders, realtors, and other stakeholders
- Facilitates coordination and information exchange between various stakeholders
- Implements quality assurance procedures to verify rating results, including random audits of Raters and rated homes
- Reviews Rater reports and supporting documentation
- Issues GreenPoint Rated Certificates of Evaluation to the builder and any other designated recipients
